平板运动试验诊断冠心病下壁心肌缺血的意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究平板运动试验(TET)在诊断冠心病下壁心肌缺血中的价值,以及与缺血相关冠状动脉之间的关系。方法:96例临床疑诊冠心病患者均行冠状动脉造影和TET,并进行统计学分析。结果:57例冠状动脉有病理性狭窄者中37例TET呈Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF阳性ST-T改变;39例冠状动脉正常者中有18例TET呈Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF阳性ST-T改变。TET诊断冠心病下壁缺血的敏感性为64.91%,特异性为53.85%,阳性预测值为67.27%。结论:TET对判断冠心病下壁心肌缺血虽有一定的价值,但其特异性较低,存在一定的假阳性。
