摘要
采用稳态对比法,对2种厚度、孔隙竖直的空心砖做了竖向传热对比试验,结果表明:当零温端位于试样顶部时(模式Ⅰ),试样底部(暖端)温度的初始下降速率要比零温端位于试样底部时(模式Ⅱ)其顶部(暖端)温度的初始下降速率快;当试样的内部温度场稳定以后,模式Ⅰ下暖端的降温幅度要比模式Ⅱ下的温差小,并且在试样的整个降温过程中,模式Ⅰ下暖端的降温幅度要比模式Ⅱ下的大。通过近似分析表明,模式Ⅰ的空心砖传热系数是模式Ⅱ的3倍多。在多年冻土地区搞工程建设,合理利用空心砖的这种竖向传热差异性,将有利于增强下部地基的稳定性。
The heat transfer performance along vertical hole of hollow bricks is compared between two kinds of thickness in steady condition. The test results show that when the cold end at 0℃ is on the top of brick (mode Ⅰ )the temperature on the warm end is cooled down more quickly than that on the warm end when the cold end at 0℃ is on the bottom of brick (mode Ⅱ );and when the temperature interior brick comes to stabilization, the temperature difference on the warm end of the mode Ⅰ is less than that of the mode Ⅱ ; at the same time, the temperature fall scope on the warm end of the mode Ⅰ is more large than that of the mode Ⅱ. Finally, the paper shows that heat transfer coefficient for the mode Ⅰ is 2 times higher than that for mode Ⅱ. The heat transfer difference may be applied in engineering in cold area to enhance the groundwork stability.
