混合对流圆柱形封闭空间的等效导热系数及其应用

摘要 以从热面向冷面传热量相同为条件,针对封闭空间内具有混合对流及导热问题引进了等效导热系数概念。以圆柱体熔体为背景计算了等效导热系热以及它与熔体空间形状、Re数和Gr数等因素之间的关系,对所得结果进行了物理的解释。这些结果对诸如金属凝固、晶体生长等问题的计算有一定参考价值。并将计算结果与砷化镓单晶生长过程中实测数据进行对比,两者相当吻合。 On the basis of same heat flow between hot surface and col surface, the concept of effective thermal conductivity is adapted to solve thos problems which have combined convection and conduction in enclosure. The relations of effective thermal conductivity with the shape of cylindrical enclosure Re number and Gr number arc calculated, and all the results are explained physically. Those results are available to solving the problems such as metal solidification and crystal crystallization etc. The comparison is made between the calculating results and experimental data of GaAs crystal growth, and it is founc that they are agreement.
