摘要
采用S7-200PLC设计并开发出混凝土搅拌站控制系统,详细分析了其控制流程、硬件组成以及软件实现方法。该系统成本低、生产效率高、工作性能稳定,在工程实践中效果较好。
A control system based on S7-200 PLC in the Concrete Mixing Station is designed, and the flow, hardware configuration and software realization of the system are analyzed. Economy, stability and effective performanee are the reasons. It was sueeessfully used in the projeet.
