摘要
以双频合成振动为例,讨论了多频合成振动压实的机理,给出了参数取值的原则,在理论分析的基础上设计和制造了双频振动压实样机。对样机性能进行的试验研究表明,样机各项性能符合国家标准,试验土壤在虚铺35cm压实12遍时表层压实度达到90%以上,证明了双频合成振动压实比单频振动压实具有明显的优越性。
Based on double-frequency vibrating,this paper gives out theory of multi- frequency vibrating compaction and suggests reasonable parameters. A prototype with double frequency was made with the help of theoretic analyzing. Testing of properties reveals that the compaction of surface soil reaches 90% when soil with 35cm thickness is compacted for 12 times and properties of prototype measure up standards. The paper has proved that the double frequency vibrating compaction is clearly better than the single frequency vibrating compaction.
