摘要 本文基于国内生产的碎土机和筛土机的原型,构思了综合碎土、筛土两种功能的水稻盘育秧用土处理机,并进行了设计。在三维CAD设计软件Solid Works环境下完成了水稻盘育秧用土处理机AN-PSJ01型整机的三维实体建模,对水稻盘育秧用土处理机的虚拟样机的设计与研究进行了有创新和有建设性的尝试,为利用虚拟样机技术研究农业机械提供了更多有益的参考。 Based on the archetype of domestic Clod-crushers and Clod-fiddlers, this paper presents a kind of design method which integrates the two functions of clod-disintegration and clod-riddling. By 3D CAD software Solid Works, the paper has finished modeling AN-PSJ01: Soil-Processor in Rice-seedling Raising by Plates, made some creative and constructive tries at creating the Virtual Prototype of the Soil-Processor' s design and research, and it provides more beneficial suggestions to research agricultural machinery by Virtual Prototype technology.
