摘要
介绍了转子碰摩故障特征、原因及其类型,对转子碰摩故障诊断存在的问题进行了分析,探讨了转子碰摩故障诊断的对策。通过具体的碰摩故障诊断实例,对比分析了经典线性方法的局限和多尺度非线性方法的优势。
Characteristics, causes and types of rotor impact-rub fault are described, the fault found during the diagnosis of rotor impact-rub problem is analyzed, and countermeasure for diagnosis of rotor impact-rub problem is discussed. Based on the specific diagnostic cases of impact-rub fault, the limitation of classical linear method and the advantage of multidimensional method are analyzed by comparison.
