教学模式改革是“中央电大人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”的核心内容。变“教学”为“导学”,进行课程教学改革,从知识的认知层次、知识的转化层次、知识的创新层次,构建“叠进式”教学模式,培养学生数学综合能力是数学教学中实施素质教育的有益尝试。

The reform in teaching mode is the core of Talent-training Project and Pilot Project in open and distance education, stressing on directed learning instead of teaching. The article presents a level-to-level teaching mode based on the level of knowledge cognition, knowledge transformation and knowledge innovation, trying to make a useful trial in cultivating students＇ ability to learning and improving the quality education in mathematics teaching.
