摘要
采用多种技术的组合工艺,提供电解铜箔清洗液处理的新思路,既浓缩清洗液又制取去离子水。节约了水资源,降低了处理成本,且自动化水平高,值得推广。
By using several combined technics, a new idea is generated for treatment of cleaning liquor from electrolysis copper foll process, which can not only treat the cleaning liquor , but also produce the demineralization water. Water resource is saved, treatment costs are reduced and high automation is achieved.
