摘要 采用正交设计试验法研究了配方对CaBi4Ti4O15(CBT)铁电陶瓷介电性能的影响,得到了影响CBT陶瓷介电性能的主次因素以及各因素水平影响其性能的趋势,进而得到了综合性能佳的CBT陶瓷。探讨了各组分对CBT陶瓷介电性能影响的机理,为CBT陶瓷材料的改性研究提供了依据。 The influence of compositions on the dielectric properties of CaBi4Ti4O15(CBT)ferroelectric ceramics was investigated by means of the orthogonal design experiment. The major and secondary factors and the tendency of various factors levels for CBT were obtained. The CBT ceramics having optimum comprehensive properties was obtained. The influencing mechanism of various components on the dielectric properties of CBT ceramics was studied, which provides a basis for modification of CBT ceramic materials.
