摘要
介绍了苏州地区变电站电压无功控制的现状以及电压无功优化系统的建设背景,设计了一套基于全局电网范围的电压无功优化系统,详细分析了该系统的硬件构成及网络的安全构成方式,接着分析了该系统的数学模型、最优的算法设计以及软件设计流程,还详细说明了系统的安全闭锁功能设计,最后阐述了该系统实现的功能以及在苏州市区电网的实际应用效果。
The status quo of control of voltage and reactive power of substations and construction situation of optimization system for voltage and reactive power in Suzhou district power network are introduced in this paper, and the optimization system based on the whole Suzhou district power network is developed. This paper analyzes its hardware constitution and network security constitution way, then presents mathematics model, arithmetic design, software design flow, and details safety blocking function design. And its practical function and real application effects in Suzhou city power network are illustrated as well in the end.
