摘要
目的:分析红冠紫菀挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用GC-MS联用法对红冠紫菀挥发油的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。结果:共鉴定出48个化合物,占总挥发油的80.32%。结论:红冠紫菀挥发油的主要成分为匙叶桉油烯醇(8.17%)、1-甲基-4-[1-甲基乙基]环己烯(6.56%)、吉玛烯B(6.12%)、吉玛烯D(5.99%)、4,11,11-三甲基-8-亚甲基-双环[7.2.0]-4-十一碳烯(5.07%)、2,6,6-三甲基-双环[3.1.1]-2-庚烯(4.83%)、石竹烯氧化物(3.14%)、喇叭茶萜醇(2.72%)、α-石竹烯(2.48%)、α-杜松醇(2.36%)。
Objective: To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the essential oils of Aster handelii Onno. Method : The essential oils were extracted by using steam distillation and separated with GC capillary columns. The components were quantitatively determined with normalization method, and were identified with GC- MS. Result: 48components were identified, which took up 80.32% of essential oils. Conclusion: The main components of essential oils were [ - ] - Spathulenol ( 8.17% ), Cyclohexene, 1 - methyl - 4 - [ 1 - methylethyl ] - , (6.56%), Gennacrene B (6.12%), Germacrene D (5.99%), Bicyclo [7.2.0] undec-4-ene, 4, 11, 11- trimethyl-8-methylene-, [1R- [1R@, 4Z, 9S@]] - (5.07%), Bicyclo [3.1.1] hept-2-ene, 2, 6, 6 - trimethyl, (4.83 % ), Caryophyllcneoxidc (3.14 % ), Ledol (2.72 % ) ,. alpha. α - Caryophyllene (2.48 % ) ,. alpha. - Cadinol (2.36%).
