摘要
配网自动化系统、电能量计量系统、新型负荷控制管理系统以及电力营销信息管理系统经信息共享与整合构成了电力营销技术支撑平台。随着电力二次系统安全防护方案的实施,电力营销技术支撑平台跨安全区的数据信息共享面临挑战。对电力营销技术支撑平台的数据共享信息流进行了分析,探讨并设计了基于公用数据平台的数据共享方案和实施办法,提出了提高数据共享可靠性的措施。
Power marketing technical platform consists of distribution automation management system,telemeter system, new load management system and power marketing information system by data sharing and integration.With the realization of safety protection for these functional systems, it is challenging to realize data information sharing of the platform crossing safety zone. The paper analyzes the sharing data stream throughout the technical platform and designs the scheme and method based on common data platform. The measures to improve reliability of data sharing are introduced.
