The political and ideological education in universities is a systematic project with many interactive dimensions. To achieve the promotion of students＇ harmonious development in psychological quality, moral quality, cultural quality, specialty quality and physical quality, the following things must be given special concern： holding the idea of creation and student - orientation; analyzing present university students＇ ideological and psychological characteristics through a new angle and dimension; motivating students＇ active ideological and psychological factors; insisting on the positive education and providing proper conditions for the students＇ allround development.
