KAI1/CD82与肝癌关系的研究进展

摘要 KAI1/CD82为肿瘤转移抑制基因,定位于11 P11.2～1 3,属于TM4SF家族成员,主要影响细胞间及细胞与细胞外基质的信号传导。KAI1/CD82表达下调与肝细胞癌浸润转移相关。
