缺氧诱导因子-1在肿瘤中作用的研究进展

摘要 缺氧诱导因子1(HIF-1)是一种异源二聚体,在机体缺氧、缺血状态下被诱导表达增加,可上调VEGF、EPO、GAPDH、COX-2、iNOS的活性,参与缺氧条件下血管生成、能量代谢及细胞的凋亡。研究证实HIF-1在肝癌等肿瘤中起重要作用。对HIF-1作用机制的深入探讨,将为肿瘤的基础研究和临床治疗开辟一条新的途径。
