摘要
传统产品开发需要企业准确理解用户需求,但市场需求变化迅速,现有市场调研方法很难以合理成本深入了解需求,因此企业需要新的产品开发模式。基于工具箱的用户创新模式就是为应对这一问题而提出的。在该模式下制造商将产品开发中与用户需求相关的部分,借助工具箱交由用户完成,与用户联合进行新产品开发。文章介绍用户创新概念,探讨基于工具箱的用户创新模式概念及工具箱功能,并分析其与传统产品开发的区别,进而讨论其可行性和适用性。
Traditional product development depends on the manufacturers' exact knowledge of users' needs, however, the rapid changing pace of market needs creates some problems with the present market research methods which can hardly achieve the purpose at a rational cost. To solve this problem, the authors illustrate the user innovation mode based on toolkits as an alternative approach. In this mode, manufacturers outsource need-related product development to users themselves by the way of toolkits to develop new product collaboratively. This paper first introduces the concept of user innovation, illustrates user innovation mode based on toolkits and toolkits' functions, discusses the differences between this new mode and the traditional product development, and finally analyzes its feasibility and applicability.
