The World Federation of Societies of Anaasthesthesiologists （WFSA） has put forward the aim ＂to make available the highest standards of anaesthsia, pain treatment and resuscitation to all people of the world＂. We propose a claim：＂patient as center, quality as core＂ In the year of hospital management and control. To improve the quality of anaesthsia, the measures of ＂full comprehension, full realization, full preparation, full communication＂ have been taken before the operation of anaesthsia. And only in this way can harmful events be avoided effectively and medical securities be ensured.
