Nowadays GSM（Global System for Mobile Communication） has expanded to all round the world, and has become the largest mobile radio communication system with the greatest number of users. Short message based on GSM can.be as a simple and convenient means of data communication. Its business and application are developing very quickly and widely. It is efficient and economical to realize remote monitoring and controlling system based on SMS. In the article, we integrate advanced technologies such as mobile communication, RTOS and Microcontroller to realize remote multi-point control based on SMS. It provides a cheap, reliable solution.
