摩托车磁流变阻尼器设计研究

摘要 为了进行摩托车磁流变阻尼器的研究,选择剪切阀式作为摩托车磁流变阻尼器的工作模式,推导了基于平行结构的Bingham模型阻尼器阻尼力的计算表达式,设计制作了单出杆磁流变阻尼器,并对其阻尼特性进行了实验研究.实验表明:实验结果与理论分析结果相吻合,其设计原理和分析方法是正确可行的;该磁流变阻尼器有较好的可控性,能满足摩托车的使用要求. In this paper, a shear-vavle model was chosen as working mode of MR damper designed for motorcycle. The Bingham model based on parallel structure had been adopted, and the equations for designing damper force were also developed. A one-head MR damper was designed and manufactured, and then the damping properties of MR damper were studied through experiment in this paper. Test result revealed that the experiment result was consistent with the theoretical analysis, and it was indicated that the design principle and analytical method were correct and feasible. The MR damper for motorcycle suspension system has excellent controllability, and it can satisfy motorcycle's need.
