摘要
蚕种催青是桑蚕生产过程中最重要的环节.该过程中影响催青质量的主要因素是温度、湿度等参量,属于非线性、变参数、大延时对象,采用常规PID控制算法,其控制效果不理想.为此,设计了温度模糊控制.模糊控制的本质是非线性控制和自适应控制,对于参数波动和负载干扰的影响具有较强的鲁棒性.结合蚕种催青室的实际情况,以温度作为优先控制的环境因子,建立了模糊控制模型,给出了控制规则和模糊逻辑控制表,实现了对催青室温度的模糊控制,收到了较好的效果.
Hastening of the hatching of silkworm eggs is the most important work in silk production.
