摘要
移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)是一种新型的水处理反应器.介绍了间歇式反硝化MBBR中,生物膜和悬浮微生物的特性,为实际生物膜反应器选择合适的生物膜和悬浮微生物比例及活性提供试验依据.在搅拌强度为100r/min、硝氮负荷为0.32(kg.m3)/d的条件下,以反硝化MBBR为对象,测定了系统到达稳定状态时的生物膜量、膜厚、悬浮微生物和生物膜各自占总生物量的比例以及各自的活性.试验表明,反应器内稳态时的平均生物膜量为33.7mg/g,膜厚为114μm;生物膜和悬浮微生物分别占总生物量的89.9%和10.1%.生物膜和悬浮微生物的COD降解速率分别为166.5(mg.g-1)/h和65.9(mg.g-1)/h,硝氮降解速率分别为32.1(mg.g-1)/h和12.2(mg.g-1)/h.
Moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR) is a new kind of reactor for wastewater treatment. In order to provide experimental data for practical bioflim reactor choosing advisable ratio and activities of suspended biomass and attached biomass, the characteristics of attached biomass and suspended biomass in a batch denitrifying MBBR were instructed in this paper. Under the condition of 100 rpm and 0. 32 kg NO3^-N/m^3 · d, the attached biomass, biofilm thickness, the ratio of suspended biomass and attached biomass to the total biomass, and the activities of suspended biomass and attached biomass were tested at stable condition. The results showed that the average attached biomass was 33.7 mg/g and biofilm thickness reached to 114 μm. At the same time, the percentage of attached biomass and suspended biomass was 89.9% and 10. 1% that of total biomass, respectively. And COD utilization rate was 166. 5 mg/g · h and the NUR was 32. 1 mg/g · h for the attached biomass, while COD utilization rate was 65.9 mg/g· h and the NUR was 12.2 mg/g·h for the suspended biomass.
