摘要
以细磨粉煤灰、水泥和粉细沙为主要材料组成混合料,试验研究细组分(粉煤灰和水泥)掺入量对混合料的最大干密度和最优含水量的影响.研究表明:在细组分掺入量小于某一数值时,混合料的最大干密度随细组分掺入量的增加而增大,大于该数值时,随细组分掺入量的增加反而减小;最优含水量随细组分掺入量的增加而增大,且增幅不大;粉煤灰混合料不像原状粉煤灰那样可击实含水量范围较宽,其可击实含水量范围为10%~16%,最优含水量在13.5%左右;对于混合料的最大干密度和最优含水量都存在着一个胶沙比特征点,且比较接近,为30%左右.
The influence of fine component content on maximum dry density and optimum moisture of mixture composed of fly ash, cement and fine sand or silty sand was studied by experiment. The maximum dry density of mixture was increasing as the fine component content increased when the fine component content was less than one value; but it was decreasing when the fine component content was more than one value; the optimum moisture of mixture was increasing as the fine component content increased, and the change was not big; the moisture was about 10% - 16% in fly ash and its optimum moisture was around 13.5%; for the maximum dry density and optimum moisture there existed a cement and sand ration and it was about 30%.
