拉米夫定联合抗乙肝转移因子和强肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

Effects of lamivudine and anti-heaptitis B specific transfer factor and Qianggan Jiaonang combination therepy on patients with chronic hepatits B

目的观察拉米夫定联合抗乙肝转移因子和强肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将160例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为拉米夫定联合抗乙肝转移因子及强肝胶囊治疗组(80例)和单用拉米夫定组(80例)。拉米夫定100mg/d口服,疗程12个月,抗乙肝转移因子4mg/d皮下注射,前1个月每日1次,以后隔日1次,疗程6个月,强肝胶囊2.0,每日2次,每服6日停1日,疗程6个月。结果治疗6个月、12个月及随防6个月时联合治疗组ALT复常率、HBeAg转阴率,HBeAg/抗HBe血清转换率均显著高于拉米夫定组(P<0.01),两组HBVDNA转阴率则无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗12个月及随防6个月联合组HA、LN及IV-C水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),联合治疗组肝组织学纤维化好转率为86.6%(13/15),与拉米夫定组的60.0%(6/10)有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论拉米夫定与抗乙肝转移因子及强肝胶囊联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎可提高抗病毒和抗肝纤维化疗效。

Objective To evaluate the effects of lamivudine combined with anti-hepatitis B specific transfer factor （AHBTF） and Qianggan Jiaonang（QJ）treatment on patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 160 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomized into lamivudine combined with AHBTF and QJ group （group,） and lamivudine group （group2）. Group; received lamivudine 100mg daily for 12 months and AHBTF 4mg daily in first month and then every other days from second to sixth month,Qianggan Jiaonang 2.0 two times per days, for 6 months,and the group2 patients only received lamivudine 100mg daily for 12 months. Results After 6 months,12 months therapy and 6 months followup, ALT normalization rate, the negative rate of serum HBeAg and the seroconversion rate of HBeAg/Anti-HBe in combination group were higher than in lamivudine group （P〈0. 01）. However, the negative rate of serum HBV DNA was no difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The levels of HA, LN and IV C after 12 months therapy and 6 months follow up in combination group were lower than in lamivudine group （P〈0.05）. The improvement rate of liver fibrosis was different between combination group and lamivudine group （86.6 % vs. 60. 0 %, P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Lamivudine combined with AHBTF and Qianggan Jiaonang can effectively enhance the effect of anti-virus and anti-liver fibrosis.
