This paper elaborates on principles and calculation methods of experiment of prestress tube frictional resistance and also makes data procession of the experimental results by using least - square method. Based on that, prestress tube fictional resistance experiment to a real project has been conducted, so that after careful analysis and calculation, accuracy of working on this project has been berified.
