摘要
本文从绩效考核的目的和作用,依据和机制,方法和程序,主体和侧重点等方面对比分析了奖惩激励中的绩效考核与择优选任的绩效考核的差异。
On the basis of contrastive analysis the purpose and function, evidence and mechanism, method and programe,principle parts and emphases of performance appraisal,the paper put forward the difference between appointment selection and rewards and punishment incentives.
