详细介绍了连续检波对数放大器(SDLA)的工作原理、设计原理及性能特点。以微组装模块对数放大器SH324为例,说明了连续检波对数放大器设计中低通滤波器。
A microassembly module of successive detection logarithmic amplifier(SDLA) has been developed.The performances of the SDLA are discussed.Considerations on the design of the module are analyzed,with emphasis on the low pass filter,temperature compensation circuit and the realization of unidirectional noise.Finally,the broad applications are previewed.
