对《混凝土结构设计规范》（ＧＢＪ１０－８９）的附录七“钢筋混凝土构件不需作裂缝宽度验算的最大钢筋直径图”作了探讨，指出该图表达及钢筋应力查表系数值的确定原则不当。

The figure showing the largest diameter of steel bars without checking crack width of reinforced concretemembers in Appendix 7 of “Concrete Structure Design Code”(GBJ10-89)and the determinationprin principle of the coefficient values for steel bar stress table are all improperly expressed. A determination princIple and usable values which accord with the code are suggested here.
