中学学校德育环境建设对青少年的道德品质的培养具有十分重要的作用。但目前,无论从校园人际关系、同辈群体,还是从校园文化、德育课课堂气氛等各方面来看,都存在一些问题和弊端。因此,有必要通过和谐人际关系的建立、对同辈群体的规约、校园文化建设及促使德育生活化等途径来改善学校德育环境。

It＇s important for cultivating the youngsters＇ moral characters to build the school moral education circumstances in middle school. But some problems exist in the school circumstances from different angles, such as the relations in the school, the community of the same generation, the school culture, the classroom atmosphere etc. So it＇s necessary to improve the school circumstances of moral education by building harmonious relations, instructing the community of the same generation, building the school culture and combining the moral education with life etc.
