摘要
据UNCTAD对全球FDI的调查结果显示,FDI正在向服务业转移。离岸服务业借助大型跨国公司得以迅速发展,到今天已成为FDI中最具潜力的行业。本文从离岸服务业的相关概念入手,分析该行业在全球的发展现状及趋势,以期对离岸服务业在中国的发展起到一些指导性的作用。
FDI is shifting to service industry according to the invesfigationresult of UNCTAD demonstrated to the global investigation . Offshore service industry which is becoming the most potential profession in FDI nowadays develops rapidly with the aid of largescale multinational corporations .This paper discusses on the global development situation and tendency of the profession from the related concepts with the hope of giving some guidances to China＇ s offshore service industry＇ s development.
