索风营水电站泄洪消能工设计研究

摘要 索风营水电站河谷狭窄,单宽流量大,泄洪消能布置较困难,通过各种消能型式比较及水工模型试验验证,采用新型结构形式——“X”型宽尾墩+台阶坝面+消力池的综合消能形式,水流流态和泄量均满足设计要求。通过调研、设计、施工和模型试验论述了这一新型消能工的优越性,为今后类似工程提供科学依据。 Because of the narrow riverbed and large discharge per unit width of Suofengying hydropower station, the layout of discharge dissipation is comparatively difficult, Through comparing different energy dissipations and water structure model experiments, a new structure type, a type of comprehensive energy dissipation combining "X" - type flaring pier and stepped dam surface and stilling basin is adopted. Both the water flow regime and water discharge can meet design requests. On the basis of survey, design, execution and model experiments, the advantages of this new type of energy dissipater have been discussed, which provides scientific reference for later similar oroiects.
