摘要
调查了福建省扫盲和农村成人教育、财政对农村成人教育支持及福建省全面启动“阳光工程”等现状,分析了造成农村成人教育办学的种种问题的原因。结合福建省实际情况,提出了加大政府教育经费的投入力度,加快农村成人教育的法制化建设等促进农村成人教育发展的对策。
The current situation of eliminating illiteracy and rural adult education in Fujian Province, financial support for rural adult education is investigated, financial support for rural adult education and the overall initiating of ＂Sun Project＂ in Fujian Province are reviewed. The cause of the various problems in rural adult education is analyzed. With respect to the practical situation of Fujian Province, this paper suggests several strategies for the promotion of rural adult education, such as incrensing the governmental funding for education;strengthening the legal systems for rural adult education.
