In the system of market economy, the labour relation at colleges and universities has changed greatly. The trade union cadres should update their conception as soon as possible, adjust the focus of work, strengthen the coordination of labour relation, safeguard the legal rights of faculty and staff, so as to increase the cohesion of trade union and take the road of trade union development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
