有关危险性药物的安全使用方面的介绍已有20多年了。职业暴露的风险因素是多种多样的;然而护士运用预防措施是不全面的,这与信息缺乏或对药物的潜在危险性影响认识不足有关。本文讨论了在健康情况下有关危险性药物安全使用的要点,总结了以往安全使用准则,正确的指导建议以及在执行时的一些障碍准则。
Recommendations for the safe handling of hazardous drags have beenavailable for more than twenty years. Evidence for continued risk of occupational exposure is abundant; however, nurses＇ use of the recommended precautions is not universal. This may be related to a lack of information or to a lack of serious concern for the potential hazards. This article includes a discussion of current issues related to handling hazardous drugs in the workplace and a review of the history of safe handling guidelines, current recommendations, and barriers to implementing guidelines in health care settings.
