呼吸科住院患儿父母心理需求调查分析

Asurvey of psychological requirement with parents with hospital children in respiratory ward.

目的:了解呼吸科患儿住院期间其父母的心理需求情况。方法:采用自制问卷形式,对呼吸科住院患儿父母300例进行问卷调查。结果:呼吸科患儿父母在需求方面已不局限于治好疾病,他们也非常需要健康的环境、科学的生活指导及预防保健知识。结论:提示护士在工作中要重视患儿父母的心理支持,加强健康宣教;进一步完善消毒隔离制度,建立合理的陪护制度,促进患儿康复;发挥沟通的主动性,满足患儿父母的信息需求。

Objective：To find out requirement of the parents of hospitalized children in respiratory ward. Method：A questionaire self-made was anducted from three hundred parents of hospitalized children in respiratory ward. Results ：Parents＇ requirement include not only their children＇s health,but also healthy circumstance,scientific guide and health knowledge. Conclusion： We should attach importance to the parents mental support, improve health education, establish reasonable system, promote children＇s heakh, bring into active communication and satisfy the parents＇ requirement in irformation.
