摘要 目的:总结功能性构音性障碍患儿的言语康复方法。方法:通过专业强化训练,主要包含口腔功能、触觉、呼吸发音、音素及音节、读后练习及语言训练等和家庭社区康复两个方面对26例患儿进行言语康复训练。结果:本组患儿接受上述方法训练。12-24个月后14例轻者言语功能基本恢复,12例重者中8例说话基本可以听清,4例仍伴有卷舌音的发声障碍,但也有明显疗效。结论:在功能性构音性障碍患儿言语康复中,专业强化训练起指导性作用,关键在于家庭社区康复,家长及亲属可以利用一切跟孩子在一起的机会,用专业化训练的知识和方法。帮助患儿坚持言语训练,巩固所学的语言。 Objeetive .Sum up methods of speech recover for patients wit functional voice disorder. Method :Across to profession enhances training and family and community recover ,26 patients were given speech recover training. Result ;After 12-24 mothes of using the method, 14 patients with light speech functional were remarkable recover, there were 8 patients speaking were basicaUy clear in 12 patients with serious . only 4 patients have sound obstacle with tongue-tied sound. Conclusion:parents and relatives make use of knowledge and methods of profession training to help children improve their speech training in every chance with children.
