目前的技术哲学研究较少涉及技术创新的哲学研究,绝大部分技术哲学研究者都只是对“技术”,而不是对“技术创新”展开哲学研究。实际上,技术哲学应首先关注技术创新的哲学问题,它既是技术创新理论与实践发展的迫切需要,也是技术哲学乃至哲学发展的要求。从技术创新与技术的关系来看,要真正揭示出技术的哲学本质,必须从揭示技术创新的哲学本质入手。
