摘要
国有企业经营管理者薪酬模型包含基本薪酬和绩效薪酬两部分。基本薪酬应综合考虑本地区本行业和本企业职工人均薪酬、薪酬倍数以及岗位系数的影响;绩效薪酬应由经营业绩考核分数直接决定,实现薪酬与经营业绩挂钩的激励原则。
This article conceives the Administrators'Salary Model of state - run Enterprises in the two parts of basic salary and achievement salary. The basic salary is determined by the comprehensive factors of the average income of the workers in the corporation as well as the income of the same walk of life in the same district, the multiplies of salary and the influence of coefficiency of working positions. Achievement salary is determined by the scores obtained through examination of achievement in sales so as to implement the encouragement principle of keeping the salary in line with the sales achievement.
