摘要
现行职业教育评价体系然仍沿用普通教育的评价体系。从内容看,职业学校的学生评价所关注的仍然是学生的学业成绩,并且很大一部分还仍然是学生的文化课成绩。学生的情感品质、心理发展、为人素养并未进入评价者的视野,或者并不占据重要地位。从评价方式看,更多使用的是指向分等分类贴标签的总结性评价,而缺少着眼干学生提高的激励性质的发展性评价。这种评价的弊病是显而易见的。职业学校学生评价最需要的是发展性评价,以便对学生个体的发展状况给予定性定量的评价。开展发展性评价,教师就要转变观念,并建立学生综合素质发展资料库和评估体系。
The current evaluation system of the vocational education still followed the common educational evaluation system, from the evaluation content to the evaluation way. The disadvantages of this current system are obvious. The vocational schools need developmental evaluation, so as to make qualitative and quantitative evaluation according to the students personal development. The teachers should change their ideas, and establish the database and evaluation system of the student's comprehensive quality development.
