摘要 传统的酯化反应多采用浓硫酸作催化剂。但反应后废酸很难处理,选择性不高,对环境的污染严重,这就迫切要求进行环境友好催化剂的开发研究。以甲基丙烯酸和正丁醇为原料,硝酸亚铈为催化剂,合成了甲基丙烯酸丁酯。考察了反应的影响因素。优化了反应条件:甲基丙烯酸、正丁醇和硝酸亚铈的物质的量之比为1:1.3:0.002,反应时间4h,反应温度120,°收率92.8%。经折光率、红外光谱分析、产品是甲基丙烯酸丁酯。实验结果表明硝酸亚铈具有良好的催化性能。 strong sulfric acid was always used to be a catalyst in many traditional esterification reactions . But there are many difficulties in dealing with waste acid after reaction. The selectivity was not high and it polluted environment badly. It was exigent to study environmental protection catalyst. Butyl methacrylate was synthesized from methacrylic acid and n-butyl alcohol with esterification reactions by the catalytic activey of cerous nitrate. The influencing factors in the reaction was studied. The optimal experiment results are.mol ratio of methacrylic acid to n-butyl alcohol to cerous methylsulfonate was 1: 1.2: 0. 002,the reaction temperature was 120℃ ,the reaction time was 4h, The yield of esterification was 92.8%. The compound was identified by refractive index and I. R The results show that cerous nitrate has better catalytic activity for the esterification reaction of methacrylic acid and n-butyl alcohol.
