牛磺酸、γ-氨基丁酸影响泥鳅抗缺氧能力的试验研究

The anti-anoxia effects of taurine and γ-aminobutiric acid in loach

在密闭缺氧条件下，观察不同质量浓度的牛磺酸、γ-氨基丁酸对泥鳅抗缺氧能力的影响，试验证明，在17～18．5℃水温下，7‰牛磺酸溶液、5‰γ-氨基丁酸溶液显著增强了泥鳅的抗缺氧能力（p〈0.05）。

Different concentrations of either taurine or γ-Aminobutiric acid （GABA） were introduced in antianoxia experiments in raised loach. The results demonstrated that, under the condition of anoxia and sustained water temperature（17- 18.5 ℃ ）, both 7‰ （w/v） taurine and 5%o GABA had the remarkable effects on loach anti-anoxia （p〈0.05）.
