摘要
针对电液伺服系统中往往存在死区、滞环等非线性环节,很难建立精确的数学模型等特点,设计了一个模糊控制测试系统,克服了系统的缺点,给出了模糊控制器的设计方法和计算机模糊控制软件实现方案。通过仿真,将模糊控制器的动态性能和传统PID控制器的动态性能进行了比较,证明了模糊控制具有快速响应和较强鲁棒性的等特点,验证了模糊控制在减振器实验台应用的优越性。
Because electro-hydraulic servo system has lag circle, dead zone, nonlinear tache,and difficult to ascertain the precise mathematic model,fuzzy control test system was designed to overcome the system disadvantage,the design method of fuzzy cotroller and the implementation of computer fuzzy control software were all proposed. The dynamic performance of fuzzy control and PID control were compared through simulation, the characteristic of fast response and excellent robustness were shown,thus the superiority of the fuzzy control method were proved.
