广州城区中老年居民高血压患病现状及影响因素(英文)

Incidence of hypertension and risk factors associated with Guangzhou urban middle-aged and senile residents

目的探讨广州市城区中老年人高血压患病状况及影响因素,为制定中、老年人保健措施提供依据。方法采用随机分层抽样方法对广州市城区45个居委的3040名40岁以上的常住人口进行血压检测及其相关因素的调查。结果广州市城区中老年居民高血压的患病率为29·1%(884/3040),男性为30.4%(414/1364)、女性为28·0%(470/1676);多因素Logistic回归分析显示年龄(OR=1.277)、肥胖(OR=I.366)、运动(OR=o.628)、职业性质(OR=0·427)、健康教育(OR=0·787)、吸烟(OR=1·685)、饮酒(0R=1·463)、饮食(OR=1·583)和口味(OR=1·583)等是中、老年人高血压患病状况的主要影响因素。结论城区中老年人高血压的患病率较高,与多因素综合作用有关;加强健康教育,提倡健康的行为和生活习惯、积极开展社区卫生服务将有利于中、老年人健康水平的提高。

Objective To explore the incidence of hypertension in middle aged and senile residents in urban area of Guangzhuu City and the factors associated. Methods 3 040 permanent residents aged above 40 years old in 45 urban communities of Guangzhou City were surveyed by random cluster sampling. Results The incidence of hypertension in the middle aged and senile residents was 29.1% （884/3040） and the incidence in males and females were 30.4% （414/1364） and 28.0% （470/1676）. Mul- tivarlable analysis showed that age （OR= 1.277）, obesity （OR = 1.366）, physical exercise （OR = 0.628）, occupation （OR =0. 427）, health education （OR = 0.787）, smoking （OR = 1. 685）, drinking （OR = 1.463）, diet （ OR = 1. 583 ） and taste （ OR = 1. 583） were the leading factors influencing incidence of hypertension in middle aged and senile residents. Conclusion The incidence of hypertension in middle aged and senile residents in urban area is relatively high and it is associated with a lot of factors. The measures of strengthening health education, advocating healthy behavior and living habit, actively carrying out community service would be helpful for enhancing the health level of the residents.
