老年2型糖尿病服拜阿斯匹林后IL-8及CRP的动态变化

Dynamic changes of IL-8 and CRP in senile type 2 diabetic patients after administration of aspirin

目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者服拜阿斯匹林后血中C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的变化。方法32例老年2型糖尿病患者早餐后给予拜阿斯匹林100mg/d口服,每隔2周抽血检测CRP和IL-8。结果1个月后,CRP和IL-8在服用前后,比较均显著降低(P<0·01),有效率达90%以上,显著高于对照组,对照组患者无显著变化(P>0·05)。结论服拜阿斯匹林能明显增强老年2型糖尿病患者抗炎症能力和免疫力,预防动脉粥样硬化的发生。

Objective To observe the dynamic changes of CRP and IL- 8 in old patients with 2 type of diabetes after taking Bayaspirin. Methods Plasma levels of CRP and IL- 8 were determined every two weeks in 32 old patients with 2 type of diabetes after breakfast taking Bayaspirin 100mg/d. Results One month later, CRP and IL - 8 contents were significantly lower after therapy in treatment grounp （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the effective rate of 90% were significantly higher the control group, There are no differences in control group （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Taking Bayaspirin can improve immune function and anti - inflammation ability in old patients with 2 type of diabetes and can prevent aterosjlerosis.
