A harmonious enterprise is one full of vigor, democracy and solidarity, fair and stability, honest and love. To build harmonious enterprise, we have to develop fmnly, reform deeply, perfect internal distribution system, rightly deal with internal contradictions and strengthen democratic management in enterprise and staff moral construction.
