摘要
在爆破法拆除高温炉结的施工中,控制炸药在起爆前的温度并保护好炉体不受破坏是整个爆破过程的关键。本文介绍了在炉结温度高达700℃的情况下,采用快速爆破拆除高温炉结的原理及工艺。通过选择合理的爆破方案、适宜的爆破器材、新型的隔热材料、优化的爆破参数和可靠的起爆网路,在安全高效的前提下成功地实施高温炉结的控制爆破。
In demolishing the smelting furnace slag with high temperature by blasting,the key of the whole process is controlling explosive material's temperature and protecting furnace body from being damaged. This paper presents the theory and techniques of quick demolishing the slag with the temperature above 700℃. Operated on the selected proper blasting scheme, suitable blasting materials, new types of heat insulation materials, optimized blasting parameters and reliable priming circuit, the controlled blasting was successfully carried out in safety and high efficiency.
