摘要
在复杂地质、地形及周围环境条件下,为满足桂西氧化铝厂场平工程要求,采用4层硐室药包布置、条形药包与集中药包相结合、“台阶”微差起爆的硐室爆破技术。针对不同地形条件及不同的爆堆堆积范围,采用不同的W值等爆破参数,取得了理想的爆破效果。本文介绍的爆破方案的确定、爆破参数的计算、起爆间隔时间的选取等相关技术措施,可供类似硐室爆破工程参考和借鉴。
To meet the requirement of the ground clearing and leveling project in the Guixi Alumina Factory, a chamber blasting technique of four-layer chamber cartridges and bench millisecond initiating were adopted under the complicated geology, topography and surrounding conditions. The pattern of this blasting was linear charge and supplemented with point charge. Various blasting parameters like W value in accordance with topography and accumulating scope of different pile were employed and the good blasting results were reached.Determinations of blasting scheme, blasting parameters, time difference in detonation were introduced.The experience offered a reference for the similar chamber blasting.
