The Computer Monitor System of Spinning Machine

利用分布式控制技术,细纱机计算机监控系统由现场管理计算机、现场监测计算机和传感器三个层次组成,现场管理计算机通过以太网接入现有的办公自动化网络,PROFIBUS现场总线把现场各个节点的现场管理计算机、现场监测计算机连接起来构成车间级子网,现场监测计算机再通过多路串行接口连接分布在细纱机上的传感器,可实现从办公自动化网对全厂细纱机的监控管理。

By applying disturb control technic, the computer monitor system of spinning machine consist of field manager computer, field monitor computer and sensors. Field manager computer connect with office automation computer network through Ethernet. Field manager computers and monitor computers which are connected through PROFIBUS field control bus form workshop sub network and flied monitor computer connect sensors on spinning machine through multi-serial ports. This system can monitor and control all the spinning machines in the factory.
