高校俱乐部式体育教学管理体制研究

A Survey of Management System of the club PE Teaching in Hubei University of Economics

本文通过对湖北经济学院俱乐部式体育教学管理体制、运行机制及效果的分析,认为学生参与教学及教学管理,充分地体现了“以人为本”的思想,这种管理体制符合现代学校体育管理体制的发展趋势,值得借鉴与推广。

This paper attempts to prove that it may be a trend of the modem PE teaching management system to use the management system of the club PE teaching being used in Hubei University of Economics, if the students can participate in teaching activities and teaching management, and act as teaching hosts in this system. This conclusion is drawn by analyzing of its teaching management system, its performing system and its effect. This system is helpful for PE teaching and worth using for reference and popularizing in General Colleges of China.
