Interactive Role of the Harmonious Relationship between Teachers and Students in Higher Medical Education

师生关系作为高校生活中的一个最基本的人际关系,对高等医学教育目标的达成具有重大影响。在高等医学教育过程中,注重教师的主导作用、学生的主体作用,建立师生人际交往正确的价值取向,充分发挥和谐师生关系的互动功能,提高教育质量,培养医学生的医患伦理地位意识,使教师、学生与社会都受益。

The relationship between teachers and students is basic interpersonal relationship in life of college. It plays an important role for approaching target of higher medical education. To pay attention to conducting role of teachers and main part role of students is recommended in higher medical education. To establish perfect moral principles of interpersonal communication between teachers and students is necessary. Interactive role of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students in higher medical education to bring into full play is beneficial for raising quality of education, training prospective moral principles of medical students to treat patient. Interactive role of the harmonious relationship between teachers and students is beneficial for medical students and teachers as well as society.
